Lecture Content:

Introduction, organizational guidelines, technology of performance in gymnastic sports.

Technical fundamentals of movement.

Analysis of motor activities (measurement and evaluation of movement parameters).

Specifics of sports preparation in individual gymnastic sports.

Physical aspects of sports technique and their application in individual gymnastic sports.

Regeneration in sports training.

Music-movement preparation in individual gymnastic sports.

Staging of sports preparation in individual gymnastic sports.

Creation of competitive programs, organization of competitions.

Management of sports preparation in relation to material and technical security.

Legal aspects of performance in individual gymnastic sports.

Concluding seminar.

Practical Training Content: 1-7. Didactics of individual disciplines or skills in relevant gymnastic sports. 8-10. Practice of assistance and rescue during the acquisition of selected skills. 10-14. Practical demonstrations of the implementation of individual parts of a training unit in specific gymnastic sports.

The course is designed for students specializing in the field of gymnastics, serving as preparation for a future career as a gymnastics coach with a focus on a selected gymnastic discipline. The course provides a framework for acquiring key knowledge and skills essential for a future professional career in the field of gymnastics.
