Content of lectures: 1. Introduction, organizational instructions, problems of early specialization in individual gymnastics 3. Planning, recording and evaluation of sports training content and parameters 4. Testing in gymnastics 5. Possibilities of using technology (video technology) in motion analysis 6. Physiological aspects of loading and loading in gymnastics 7. Compensatory exercises in individual gymnastic sports 8 - 12. Developmental and kinesiological aspects of loading and training of gymnastics 13. Work of judge in gymnastic competitions 14. Balance summary of specialization in gymnastics.

Practical training content: 1. Specifics of warming up in individual gymnastic sports 2 - 6. Didactics of selected skills 7 - 8. Work with technology (video technology) in real training conditions 9 - 10. Compensation exercises 11 - 14. Seminars on selected issues of gymnastic skills didactics
