4. Testing of the kinetic efficiency by means of UNIFITTEST. Gymnastic warm-up, relaxation training

6. General rules of the stretching (diagnosis of the flexibility). Stretching lesson.
7. General rules of the strengthening for youth. Drills for legs and arms, use of the step platforms.
