Seminars:

Diagnosis of swimming techniques (for improving swimming, locomotor training)

Inventory frequently occurring mistakes, technical exercises for the correction of mistakes

Locomotor training in water - the basic characteristics, benefits for the human organism

Training methods for the positive influence of fitness swimming locomotion, a basic inventory of themes and exercises

Aqua-fitness - an overview and orientation of the various forms of loading in water

Health-oriented programs in the water. Using physical activity programs in the water for people with disabilities. Sports persons with disabilities.

Exercise:

Diagnostic of crawl technique, corrective exercises - Introduction

Diagnostic of other swimming strokes such as breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly

Corrective exercises for developing technique Crawl, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly

Diagnostic techniques of starts and turns, corrective exercises

Locomotor training in water - the development of aerobic fitness

Locomotor training in water - the development of muscle strength (without aids)

Locomotor training in water - the development of muscle strength (with aids)

Relay forms of swimming for the development of aerobic fitness and muscular strength

Aqua-fitness - physical activity in the water without aids

Aqua-fitness - physical activity in water utilities

Health-oriented swimming - basic swimming skills, modification of C, B

Implementation of the credit request form in swimming competition

Annotation

The course focuses on diagnostic techniques, correcting errors and improving the technique of each individual swimming technique. From the part of physical condition the course acquaints students with the basic locomotor training in water (swimming for maintaining and developing fitness swimming, aqua-fitness and health swimming).

The course includes short educational outcomes of students.
