The course is intended for all students who are interested in developing basic swimming skills and, above all, increasing the level of physical fitness using training swimming methods. The course is intended for all performance groups.
We divide the interested parties into three teams according to their skill level and fitness. At the beginning of the class, we always write one training session on the board, which we adjust for each performance group separately, that means the weakest group swims a less volume training session with a lower load intensity than a group of better swimmers.
In the course of improving physical condition, we also focus on improving the technique of individual swimming methods so that the student can handle all the requirements of the department in relation to swimming. The course is not intended for complete beginners who need to improve their swimming technique to a large extent.
The course is preparation for all swimming subjects. It is listed as part of the CŽV - after successfully completing it, students can apply for recognition of credits for an optional subject.
