Fundamental knowledge and skills of the selected outdoor sports (cycling, orienteering, climbing) as well as selected kinds of touring (cycle touring, mountaineering). Fundamental knowledge of outdoor equipment and safety.
Use of outdoor games (outdoor games, initiative and team games, eco games) and outdoor exercises as well as rope courses in the programmes for people with disabilities. Modification of activities for selected kinds of handicaps.
Information and practical demonstrations of the application of the mentioned activities for different kinds of the physical handicap. Experiential education and adventure education for the groups of physically disabled.
