The probability of an individual becoming part of a physical conflict situation at least once in their life is relatively high. Basic literacy and orientation in such situations are therefore advantageous for almost everyone.
From the perspective of physical education, the topic of self-defense fulfills several key competencies. In this course, students will become familiar with the basic principles of resolving self-defense situations, the versatile use of techniques, and they will learn how to create appropriate didactic sequences.
