1. Falling techniques.
2. Basic stances, grapping an opponent and falling techniques.
3. Basic strike techniques, basic defensive techniques.
4. Self-defence against grapping.
5. Self-defence against choke.
6. Self-defence against strikes and kicks.
7. Using judo in self-defence.
The content of course is built on basic defense skill. Techniques of punches from stand up combat sports are adjusted for selfdefense aims.
Students learn how to escape from basic situations using a various techniques from certain combat sports.
