Anotace
There is no other region in the Czech Republic – and probably in Central Europe – where the consequences of the history of the 20th and 21st century are as visible as in North Bohemia. Nationalism, communism and wild capitalism left deep traces in the natural, social and religious landscape of the region.
We will explore this through texts, presentations and an excursion to the city of Most. The course will be held as a block seminar during the weekend of 9-11 November 2018 only.
