Annotation
The course will be devoted to linking theoretical principles of institutional transition to the community care through self-experience and common learning and discovery linages. The intensive transmission of essential information about experiences with deinstitutionalisation in the Czech Republic and Europe will be matched with many exercises in groups.
The output of the course will result in the increased sensitivity and experience for the role of the executive director, who is in control of similar processes that concern health or social care of clients, if needed also children and youth in other services.
