This optional module is implemented within the DOCMAN project, which is funded by the Erasmus + program.

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with theories from which evidence-based management is generated.

After completing this course, students will learn how to work with the tools they have enable managers to build organizational capacity and provide services in social and health care organizations. Furthermore, they will learn examples of good practice implemented at national and international level. He'll try to identify organizational change in their chosen organization and analyze the factors that influence its success introduction.
