The beginnings of the use of the vitamin D effects - solar and UV therapy. Vitamin D metabolism, reference values.

Vitamin D and the immune system. Use of vitamin D in sport.

In person:

Blood collection and determination of vitamin D levels. Design of the cholecalciferol supplementation. Using cholecalciferol according to the supplementation model + blood sampling at planned dates.

Correspondence method:

Evaluation of total vitamin D levels, levels of monitored metabolites and supplementation effects.
