Předmět využívá smíšených výukových metod, v zásadě je rozdělen na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Cílem teoretické části předmětu je představit studentům a studentkám témata spojená s mentoringem v pomáhajících profesích, zaměřuje se na nastavení mentoringového procesu a i na budování vztahu mentor – mentees, mentor/ka – mentees – klient/ka.

Praktická část předmětu bude založena nácviku a modelování příkladových situací. Konkrétně se bude věnovat zahájení mentoringového procesu, navázání vztahu, práce se zakázkou mentees apod. Tato část bude facilitována a moderována lektorkami, vycházet bude z přípravy a domácí práce studujících.

Úspěšné absolvování předmětu předpokládá:

1) Aktivní účast studujících ve výuce (absence méně než 20 %);

2) Domácí příprava na praktické části

3) Příprava závěrečného projektu (nastavení mentoringu v organizaci)

4) Prezentace a obhájení závěrečného projektu

V případě zhoršené pandemické situace se kurz bude vyučovat online.

Mentoring in use at social work ASC51PV26 (NMgr.)

There will be applied blended-learning training course on mentorship and career guidance which is basically devided into two parts: theoretical and practical one. The goal of theoretical part is to introduce the mentorship and it´s application in helping professions. It is focused on mentoring proces and building up the mutual relationship between mentor - mentees, mentor – mentees - clients.

Practical part will be based on formal, informal and non formal learning methods including training and modelling of the case studies. There will be paid attention to introduction into the mentoring process, building up the mutual-relationship, components of mentoring process etc. This part will be based on student´s homework, and will be moderated and guided by lecturers.

Successful completion of the course presupposes:

1. Active participation during the classes (absence less than 20% allowed)

2. Home preparation for practical part of the course

3. Preparation of the final project (mentoring at the institution)

4. Presentation and defense of final project

The course will be lead online, if pandemic situation will require.
