The graduate of the program Information and Library Studies understands the foundation of the creation, processing, accessibility, transformation, distribution and reception of information in the society. He/she applies the acquired knowledge of information science in the fields of security and effective setting up of social, information and communication processes.

Graduates have a practical command of the Italian language at C1 level. They have a theoretical grounding in a foreign language and basic literary concepts. They have a solid grounding in the history of Italian literature and the key moments in Italian history as well as the contemporary life and institutions of Italy.
