Graduates meet the requirements of international standards (Spanish at EFRL level C2). They have a command of genre conventions in translation into Czech and into English, can use translation software and are able to defend their translation solutions. Graduates are able to adapt to requirements of practical careers or to study for a higher degree.

Along with the understanding of the linguistic and cultural approach to deafness and advanced skills in Czech Sign Language and Czech, graduates acquire knowledge in general linguistics (with a focus on Czech Studies) and in sign language linguistics. They are prepared to help bridge boundaries between the hearing majority and the Deaf minority or continue their studies.
