Graduates are able to independently apply and develop their advanced knowledge of the German language, modern linguistic methods, cultural and literary history and present issues of German-speaking countries. Their wide knowledge of the German-speaking area allows them to work in cultural and political institutions, public service, the media, tourism, or as translators.
