Graduates are able to independently apply and develop their advanced practical and theoretical knowledge of the Danish / Norwegian / Swedish language, cultural and literary history and current issues of Scandinavian countries. Graduates have full, active command of one Scandinavian language and understand the other two Scandinavian languages passively, both in speech and writing.

Graduates are able to pursue careers in cultural and political institutions, business, the media, non-governmental organisations, tourism, or as translators.
