Graduates have advanced knowledge of the different styles in modern Chinese and the theoretical problems related to China’s modern transformation. Their choice of elective courses provides graduates with a solid grounding in Chinese Language and Literature, or History and Culture of China. Graduates can work in cultural institutions, publishing, media and civil service.

Graduates are equipped with competence in the Russian language corresponding to the methods and structure of teaching according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, equivalent to the C2 level upon graduation. Furthermore, they have a basic grounding in philology, literary studies, culture and philosophy.
