Graduates of the bachelor’s programme in General Linguistics have a solid understanding of the main aspects of verbal communication. They understand the nature and breadth of the field, including both the main domains of linguistic analysis and their interdisciplinary aspects, and are equipped with basic skills required in present-day linguistic research.
Graduates have a grounding in the creation, processing, accessibility, transformation, distribution and reception of information within society. They are able to apply their knowledge of information science to the security and effective setting up of social, information and communication processes.
