Abstract
The paper discusses research strategy toward aim No. 5 of the project Centre of basic research on schooling. The aim of the research is to identity real shape of Czech school functioning based on data acquired in authentic school environment and to continue for discovering of the potential of school change influenced by internal and external factors.
The research will be performed by multi-case study of the sample of Czech basic schools.
