Abstract
The study is outcome of the nine years long longitudial research of the PSŠE (Prague Group od School Etnography) at the elementary and low secondary school. It is focused on the psycho-social development of a child and his/her dependence on the social background, relation to peers and on its psycho-sexual developement. It is followed the building of child identity and its determinants.
How is the identity expresed through the care of appearance, the relation to own body and the relation to fashion?
