Abstract
The reviewed set of three SACD discs under the title "Forgotten Kingdom" focuses on the history of Cathar movement. It begins in the 10th century by the Bulgarian sect of Bogomils, then looks upon the evolution of Cathars during the 13th century in Languedoc and other European regions and concludes with the decline of this heretic movement during the second half of the 15th century.
