Abstract
A NdCr2Si2C polycrystal has been prepared and characterized by heat-capacity and magnetization, X-ray and neutron powder diffraction measurements. Ferromagnetism below TC = 21 K with Nd magnetic moments aligned parallel to the c-axis has been confirmed.
