Abstract

When diagnosing dispensarised patients with ALS, we examined their cognitive functioning. We expected impairment in the tested areas, with the impairment being more profound in patients with the bulbar version of ALS than in patients with the limb version.

We expected additional impairment in supposed alternative of fronto-temporal lobar degeneration (FTLD) in ALS.
