Design and implementation of an experimental apparatus for the visualisation of liquid helium flow

Abstract

The new experimental setup was designed for experimental investigation of selected cryogenic flows over wide range of dynamical parameters. Classical and quantum flows will be probed by using quantitative visualisation techniques, i.e.

PIV and PTV.
