Current issues of determination of alimony in the Czech Republic and the concept of maintenance duty in France

Abstract

The article deals with current issues of determination of alimony in the Czech Republic, especially in consideration of the legislative drafts tending towards bringing standards and tariffs to alimony and introducing the new legal institute of minimum alimony and substitute alimony. The author brings a comparative views into the broader discussion about the French conception of alimony.
