Abstract
MStruct is a free computer program for Micro-Structure analysis from powder diffraction data. Purpose of this course is a presentation of current possibilities of the MStruct program and a practical demonstration of the program for solution of few problems concerning micro-structure analysis by X-ray powder diffraction. structure anal y sis by X-ray pow der dif frac tion.
