Abstract
The author follows the shifts in using possessive adjectives and possessive genitive on nouns in today's publicism. He also deals with other problems which foreign students must grapple with while learning Czech.
He also pays attentions to the question how possessiveness is presented in textbooks of Czech for foreigners.
