Picture of the adult person involved in education in the documents of the OECD and EU

Abstract

The article discusses the documents of two intenational organizations that deal with adult education in the context of lifelong learning intensively. The economic biases of the documents is underlined here.

The documents stress the role of education for employability and flexibility of the labour force (human capital).
