Abstract
Chapter from the textbook, which is an theoretical introduction to the labour law in Czech republic. It represents the theoretical basis of this field of knowledge.
It responds to the fact that in the meantime the Constitutional Court has abrogated several key provisions of the Labour Code, that the Labour code has been extensively amended and that there was numerous other changes in labor legislation.
