Abstract
EEG-biofeedback (also neurofeedback) is a neurotechnology. It is one of procedures that with help of an technical instruments affect activity of brain – optimal function, eventually normalize its pathological function with help of technical instruments.
We outline some original principles and hypotheses that are in stage of substantiation of facts.
