Expenses of the royal court in the years 1471-1490 can be partially reconstructed from the accounts of the royal mint, the king`s missives to clerks in Kutná Hora, and the accounts of the Polish king. The most significant were the costs of thecourt service and the purchase costs of horses, cloth, and clothing, followed by the costs of drink and food.
The costs were mainly covered by the income from the royal mint.
