Spontaneous Legal Regulation in the Area of Financial Law on Example of Local "Lottery" Fee

Abstract

This article is focused on local fee which deals with operating of lotteries and other similar games of chance. Due to the amendment of the Act on Local Fees the object of this local fee is not clearly defined and there are several possibilities of its interpretation.
