Abstract
The Web portal Infogram was designed to support development of information literacy in higher education in the Czech Republic. In order to create a really useful tool, authors of the portal Infogram needed to get a relevant feedback from the users.
What is user opinion about the portal? What are user needs and expectations? User answers and cooperation will inform further design and development of the Infogram. This paper summarizes information about the early beginnings of the Infogram, analyzes statistic data covering a portal usage in 2009 and 2010, as well as describes activities aiming to collect a feedback on a new portal from its users.
