The article provides an analysis of the foreign policy of the Czech Republic after the accession to the European Union. The authors seek to determine whether the Czech policy followed the EU line on three major is sues - human rights protection, the Common Foreign and Security Policy and the European Security and Defence Policy, and the EU enlargement.
The conclusion drawn from the research described in the article is that on all three of these issues, the Czech policy was in general similar to that of Brussels, with only slight differences and modalities.
