Abstract
The submitted editorial project focuses for the first time on Jesuit dramas that are thematically bound to the personality of John of Nepomuk and were produced in the context of the saint’s canonization in 1729 (a relatively representative corpus of six manuscript plays and two synopses). The article characterizes individual plays, suggests rules for edition and examines historical, linguistic and literary issues.
