This chapter discusses several cases of limiting human freedoms in the name of neoliberal policies: the case of „the action plan“ against the homeless people in Prague, the case of executors, and the case of the proposed reforms of the Czech healthcare system. These are treated in the context of philosophical critiques of depolitization such as those from Carl Schmitt and Karl Marx.
At the end of the chapter „the class of human resources“ is proposed as a potentially politicizing agent.
