Local governments, their property and financial independence

Abstract

Management of local governments is linked to issues of property that these entities own and also with the mass of financial resources at their disposal. Constitutional definition of the status of local governments is reflected in the legislation adjusting the disposal of property and financial management of these units.

An integral part of these laws is the issue of control of property management and financial resources.
