Abstract

The paper resumes the state of knowledge of development of the hagiography of Agnes of Bohemia from the 14th century to the 18th century. Refers to the opinions on the proposals of canonization of Agnes during the reign of the Luxemburg dynasty in Bohemia.

Fixes the attention to the unresolved points in the history of the hagiography of Agnes and suggests the ways for studying them.
