Abstract
The conference has focused on the evaluation of different periods of the Department of Social work since it emergence in 1991. Papers analysed basic ideas,visions and achievements.
Among the conference speakers there were not only the academics but also fromer students who assessed the Department in relation to knowledge applicable in practice. The conference aimed in the debate about the strategy of future academic education and research.
