Abstract
The chepter dea's with the benefit of MRI in diagnostics of congenital defect of the fetus. The method is a snitable replenishment of uncertain ultrasound aiding und can be used especially in detection of defects of central nervous system, of the thorax, uropoetic tract and GIT.
