Abstract
Ischemic heart disease is an important deal of pharmacotherapy. The epidemiology and ethiology are described.
The main theme is pharmacotherapy of the disease, description of new trends, problems of individualization of therapy. Co-operation of medical doctors with clinical pharmacist in the process of patient management is emphasized.
