Soluble form of receptor NKR-P1A of mouse natural killer cells and method for its recombinant preparation
Abstract
The present invention deal with soluble forms of activation receptors of natural killer cells belonging to NKR-P1 protein family, in particular NKR-P1A and NKR-P1C, and their recombinant production based on the identification of exact amino acid sequence in the extracellular part of the receptor using bioinformatics tools, obtaining of the corresponding DNA fragments coding for this amino acid sequence by RT-PCR, cloning into the expression vector, expression in bacteria, refolding in vitro and purification methods using ion exchange and gel filtration chromatography.
