Preconditions for the judicial review of the constitutionality of the constitutional laws

Abstract

The author asks a question, whether the Constitutional Court may review the constitutional laws and in what (especially legal) basis can he ground his review. The author points out that the answer has several dimensions which he analyses in detail.
