Abstract

The author tried to outline the current situation in the educational field of language and language communication for 1 primary school, especially the process and outlines the state''s own research on the area of communication education. It acquaints readers with the very beginning of research in which the state and detail the development of communication skills for young learners and students from other ethnic minorities and ethnic groups.
