Abstract
The paper is a modified version of the introductory section of the inaugural conference paper on "Nature as the object of legal relations. " First deals with the roots of the current Czech legislation in force conservation. The author deals with the aims and methods of harmonization of legislation on protection of nature with European law and constitutional foundations anchored in the constitutional protection of the natural order of the CR.
The core contribution of the different principles on which it is built provisions for the protection of nature and landscape in the Czech law of reflection and adaptation of this issue in the neighboring Central European countries.
