Significant change in ZAP-70 expression during the course of chronic lymphocytic leukemia

Abstract

Changes in ZAP-70 expression in malignant cells during the course of CLL were followed by flow cytometry. The significant increase in ZAP-70 expression which was correlated with mutational status of IgVH was found in patients with clinical progression of the disease.
