The aim of the article is to describe differences in the internal structure of similar overhand throws (throwing motion in softball) using SEMG and 2D and 3D kinematics analysis. The results not indicate differences amongst the mechanics of the throwing motion in individual disciplines.
From inra-individual viewpoint, the relative timing of a single type of throwing motion does not change within the group of overhead throwing motion. The technics of the throws of player is fixed and the motion formulas of player are at high-level.
