Impacts of construction of recreational apartments on mountain destination in Czechia and methodology of its measuring

Abstract
This contribution aims to present a part of diploma thesis of the author of this article and concerns impacts of recreational aparments´ construction, which belongs to the new trends in second housing. In addition there is described metodology of gaining data and information related to these impacts.
In the case of recreational aparments classical tourim impacts are being strengthened, however this kind of construction also brings up specific issues which are typical for this kind of recreational second housing.
