Abstract

There were choosed lines and hybrids of maize for this attempt (5 inbreed parental lines - 2013, 2023, 2086, CE704, CE810 - and their reciprocal cross F1 generation), which were divided into two variants – the control plants and plants under stress. Optimum temperature was 25 °C at control plants and 15 °C at plants uder stress.

The first radiation was 650 µmol.m-2.s-1. The experimental plants were transfered into stress conditions after detection 4th right leaf.

Plants stayed in stress conditions for 10 days and then they were transfer into control conditions again (8 days). The most sensitive to cold was genotyp 2086.

Genotyp 86*23 was tolerant to cold.
